Using Loop
Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Agreement and service
By downloading or using Loop, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s applicable Standard EULA. Loop organizes locally stored audio into scheduled playback queues. It does not guarantee a particular learning, memory, health, educational, or professional outcome.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of audio and other content you add. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to record, import, copy, play, share, or export that content. Do not use Loop for unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity.
3. Free version and Loop Pro
The free version can retain up to 100 user-added audio items. Bundled Sample Loop items do not count toward this limit. At the limit, existing items remain available for playback, editing, export, archive, and deletion, but new imports and recordings require available capacity or Loop Pro.
Loop Pro is offered as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or Lifetime non-consumable purchase.
4. Subscriptions, trial, and Lifetime
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account after purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The annual plan may include a 7-day introductory free trial for eligible new subscribers. Eligibility and localized offer details are determined by Apple and shown before confirmation.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and restore eligible purchases inside Loop.
- Lifetime is a one-time, non-consumable purchase associated with the purchasing Apple Account.
- If a subscription expires, Loop does not delete or lock existing audio. It only restricts adding more user audio while the library is at or above the free limit.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. Refunded or revoked purchases no longer provide Pro entitlement.
5. Availability and responsibility
Loop is provided “as is” and may change over time. Back up or export important audio when appropriate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions: [email protected].
